Six Nutrition: Vitamins that Took Me Up Three Colorado Peaks in 3 Days!

Hello, My name is Dr. Jon, I Summitted Mount Everest in 2012, and I am a SIX Addict. :)

Buffalo Mountain 12,800', Quandary Peak 14,265', Holy Cross 14,005'.  I had a blast Friday, Saturday and Sunday Sept 6-8 as I have carried over my climbing from my return from Pakistan's Gasherbrums (8000m) less than a month ago.

In addition to my weight training, conditioning, and eating a lot of good food for the past three weeks, I've added some awesome vitamins to the mix to make me even stronger!  The vitamins are called SIX NUTRITION.  They are named that for a reason.  They come in a small pack but they give me all the nutrients I need to accomplish my training and leisure goals in the mountains while I prepare for my next book project or climbing expeditions.             (The Summit of Buffalo w SIX NUTRITION)
But what I love about this product is how simple it is, yet effective.  One package of vitamins has everything you need to take on your day.
(Go to to get yours!) In my case I popped the SIX pills with my water en route to the trailheads each morning.  By the time I was walking on the trail and climbing the first peak on Friday I could already feel the pills going to work and giving my body accelerated energy, enhancing the food I had eaten for breakfast that morning.

Buffalo Mountain was an easy two hour stroll that morning with my good friend Chris Tomer.  We enjoyed no wind on the summit and decided to trail run the boulders on the way down.  Chris asked me on descent: "Man, what's gotten into you."  I said, "Maybe it was those SIX Vitamins".

The next day on Quandary, I met another friend to do the trail run on the 14,265' Giant.  We started in the morning light at 630am, and before I knew it, I was approaching the summit  by 730am, in an Hour flat!

My friend strolled up to the summit a half hour later and asked me how I climbed so fast....again I said...."must've been those SIX Vitamins!"

Enjoying the Morning View off of Quandary with SIX Nutrition after an awesome trail run to the top!

On day three I took my Mother, Sister and her Boyfriend up Mount of the Holy Cross, except this time I carried the packet of pills in my day pack and on a quick water break had to swallow them all quickly before continuing up the trail as the morning sun came up.
Well, let me tell you, these pills aren't like those giant Horse pill vitamins that we all can't stand to try and get down our throats, these colorful pills are all quite small and easy to go down.  That was good considering I had to make sure I was rolling along in order to lead my Mom, Sister and boyfriend to the summit of Holy Cross with no problems that day.
Heart, Muscle, Mind, Joint, Sex, and Energy systems are all a go, and after Three big Colorado Summits in Three days, I was still going strong on Monday Morning when I hit my regular workout at my club.

Looking forward to next weekend and the fall colors! Looking forward to my upcoming winter ski objectives!  Can't wait to take these all week and on my next expedition to Asia or out to California for Sleeping on the Summits II.  "These vitamins are SIX!"  Feed Your Body.
